How to Register for Client Centre
Registering takes four short steps and a few minutes. Before you start, have your policy number and postal code handy. Need help along the way? Call us toll-free at 1-877-627-4633 or contact our team.
- Go to client.mdmarine.ca and select Register now.
- Fill in every field on the registration page: your name, email address, a password, your policy number and your postal code.
- Open the verification email we send you and select Verify Email Address.
- Once your email is verified, sign in from any device.

Manage Your Policy and Profile
Select Policies to see every policy you hold with MD Marine, with watercraft details, term dates, premium, and deductible and liability amounts. Open Details and documents to view your policy, or print your liability slip.
Select Profile to update your address, email and phone number online. No call required.
Pay Your Premium Online
The Payments page lays out your options: cheque, money order, online banking, Visa and MasterCard. Three- and four-installment plans are available, along with a monthly plan that carries a 3% surcharge.
Select Pay by credit card now to pay online. Monthly payments require a signed authorization form, found on page two of your policy, plus a copy of a void cheque.
Submit a Claim Online
Select Claims to start a claim in minutes. Choose your policy, enter the date and time of the loss, describe what happened and add photos if you have them (JPG, GIF or PNG, up to 5 MB each). A confirmation appears on screen once you submit.

Common Questions
How can I make a change to my policy?
You can update any personal information on your MD Client Centre account. If your update requires changes to your watercraft, please call us since this may alter your coverage or premium.
Does my insurance automatically renew each year?
Yes, your insurance will automatically renew each year about 60 days prior to the renewal date and there won’t be any lapse in coverage. If you wish to non-renew, your insurance policy can be cancelled by providing a signed cancellation form to us.
What is Dock Links?
Dock Links is a discount program that is currently available for Ontario residents only. Included with every MD Marine policy, you must sign up with Client Centre to save. Your membership card can be added to your digital wallet or phone. There are over 3,000 participating locations, and as a Dock Links member, you receive discounts at restaurants, online or in-store retail coupons, fuel & pump-out, and transient & lodging.
